A very modern timepiece designer, Geneva based Cvstos is no stranger to controversy. The new Chrono II watch is another collection piece that continues to enhance that experience. This collection is full of contemporary designs, bold and colorful, a real attention grabber. The timepiece is a way to draw attention to your wrist and while this new piece is slightly smaller in size, it is just as big in design.

Making amazing timepieces since around 1810, Breguet has designed watches with a seconds hand that starts and stops on demand, and also a unique timepiece that had a brilliant inking chronograph. The founder, Abraham-Louis earned the coveted honor of chronometer maker for the French Royal Navy, and of course, established the Marine collection.
As the collection has grown so have the design codes used for the intricate timepieces. The new Breguet Marine Chronograph 5527 Titanium Watch is the latest in the line and features a 42.3mm diameter case and a very distinctive bracelet lug. The design of the timepiece is remarkable with the fluting on the case band and wave decor that surrounds the crown, and the exquisite adornment of the large letter “B”. The case itself is water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet and has been crafted in three variations, two in gold and one titanium watch. The titanium version is well suited for the marine placement, because it is lightweight, and resists corrosion that can occur from the salty air and water.
Chopard has been tied to the motorsports industry for a number of years, partnering with Mille Miglia, Porsche’s 24 hour racing teams and of course the famous and historic Grand Prix at Monaco. The brand created lines of Race Edition timepieces, but certainly these two new chronographs, the Chopard Grand Prix de Monaco Historique 2018 Race Edition Watches will find their places among the finest in history.
