To better serve our customers, we offer various payment options to provide the one that best suits you. We accept bank wire transfers, money orders, certified bank checks, and credit cards. We also accept PayPal from verified PayPal members and ship to verified PayPal addresses only. Additionally, we accept credit card payments – via PayPal or by phone. We apologize, but we absolutely cannot accept personal checks, no exceptions.
Bank Wire Transfers
We accept bank wire transfers for domestic and international orders. After we email you our bank wire information, simply print out our email and take it to the bank to make a bank wire transfer. Domestic wire transfer payments normally clear within 1-2 business days. We will ship your order within 24 hours after the bank wire payment clears.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards on domestic orders (US-issued credit cards only). All credit card purchases will be shipped 3 business days after credit card transaction has been completed.

If you have selected expedited shipping method or have a specific delivery deadline date, please email us to ensure prompt delivery. All deliveries to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Our shipments are insured for the full value (some exceptions apply). World of Luxury does not collect taxes on any orders shipped outside the State of New Jersey. Any orders shipped within the state of New Jersey are subject to a 7% sales tax, as required by state law.

We accept bank wire transfers and PayPal payments on international orders. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept credit card payments on international orders due to increased frequency of fraud cases.

We accept bank wire transfers for domestic and international orders. We will extend our courtesy and will provide 3% additional discount if you pay via bank wire transfer (this offer is valid only if you buy one of ourSpecials). After we email you our bank wire information, simply print out our email and take it to the bank to make a bank wire transfer. International wire transfer payments normally clear within 2-5 business days. We will ship your order within 24 hours after the bank wire payment clears. 3% discount also applies on PayPal payments if you use eCheck payment options.

We accept PayPal on international orders up to $5,000.00 only because PayPal does not provide protection to buyers or sellers beyond $5,000.00. We will accept PayPal payments from PayPal verified members and we will be ship your order to PayPal-verified addresses only. Please allow 5-7 business days to authorize and clear international PayPal payments.
High-Risk Countries and Regions for Fraud
The following countries/regions/cities are considered to be high-risk places for online fraud. If your order is from a region listed below, we will accept bank wire transfers only: Africa, Egypt, Russia, Southwest Asia, Netherlands, Sweden, Turkey, Belgium, Indonesia, Nigeria, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Israel, Pakistan, Hrvatska, Slovenia, China,Lithuania, Palestine, Eastern Europe, Malaysia, Romania.
As a company based in the US, our products are not subject to VAT. If you´re buying from a company where VAT applies, you may be subject to VAT. This is unfortunate, but as a company this is something we do not have control over. To see estimated VAT rates, please click here. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are constantly changing, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this estimate. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable taxes/fee before ordering.
To provide the highest level of service and protection for our customers, we always ship our products via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on customer?s location and preference. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Due to the nature of our business and the high prices of the products we sell, we require that all items be shipped with insurance coverage.
For international PayPal payments, we will ship your order to the address registered with PayPal, no exceptions.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us of any problems with your order by phone or via email within 7 days and you return within 30 calendar daysfrom the original shipment date. Returned item must be delivered our office address by the 30th calendar day after shipping date.
RETURNED ITEM CONDITION
Please return the item you purchased in the original new and unused condition, unworn and unaltered, in their original packaging, with all original paperwork, blank warranty cards, manuals, parts and accessories. "New and unused" condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; tags and protective stickers have not been removed; there are no signs of wear on the product or the case; and the product must not have been re-sized or altered in any way.
Upon receipt of returned item, we’ll fully inspect the product and if it comes back in the original new and unused condition, we’ll process refund, less 10% restocking fee of the full order amount. We cannot accept returns on items with visible signs of wear, abuse, or otherwise altered or tampered with.
Please note that watch can be dinged and scratched even if you wear it for only a few hours. We cannot accept a return of any item with any signs of wear if you expect full refund (less restocking fees). If the watch was use or altered, we will apply a minimum of 20% restocking fee as we consider this to be the difference between a brand new, unworn watch and a pre-owned used watch (even if you wear it only once).
RETURNED ITEM SHIPMENT
We ship all watches and jewelry items via UPS with insurance for the full value of the product. We expect the same level of security and shipping when you are shipping the package back to us. All returns must be shipped with a traceable courier such as UPS or USPS. Please do not ship via FedEx, as FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500.00. Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount of credit you expect. Collect shipping will be refused. If you ship the package uninsured and it gets lost, we cannot be held liable.
SPECIALS ORDERS RETURN POLICY
We gladly assist our clients in providing special orders of products that currently are not in our stock. A "Special Order" is an item that we currently do not have in stock and have to specially order from our distributor. Please note that special orders are not subject to the standard return policy. Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable except due to defects or discrepancies. If your item is a special order item, we will notify you at the time of purchase.

At WorldofLuxuryUS.com, customer satisfaction always comes first. All products sold by WorldofLuxuryus.com are brand new and are covered by original manufacturer´s warranties. In most cases, these are 2-year warranties; some manufacturers offer 1-year warranties.
In addition to the original manufacturer´s warranty, we offer our own World of Luxury warranty service to our customers. While the original manufacturer´s warranty is in effect, we´ll provide a secondary warranty to cover any and all repairs or parts that may not be covered by manufacturer´s warranty.
We strive to meet or exceed the terms of manufacturer warranties, while still providing our customers the lowest possible prices. In the past, we would send timepieces to the manufacturers for repair. Because many of them outsource their work, the entire process can take anywhere from eight to twelve weeks. We have streamlined this process by working with our own multiple service centers, expediting repair and lowering the costs associated with warranty issues.
Once your warranty has expired, you can still ship your timepiece to WorldofLuxuryUS.com, and we will be able to have it repaired for you at cost, to save you time and money. The full turnaround time for repairs through our dealers is approximately four to six weeks, shaving the repair time in half. We will ensure that you do not pay a penny more than what is owed to the service center, to uphold our standards of customer service. Another service that we offer is complimentary bracelet sizing. It's best to provide your wrist size at the time of your order so that this can be completed.
