All products new include the original manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty in most cases is 2 years, some do have a limited 1 year warranty, please refer to your specific product purchased. In addition, all products sold by World of Luxury that do not carry a manufacturer warranty will be provided with one year in-house warranty by our company. Providing customers with low prices and high quality is our goal and therefore we strive to meet or exceed the terms of manufacturer warranties. In order to provide timely service to our clients we have streamlined the repair process by working with service centers around the country to expedite repair and lower costs associated with warranty issues. If your warranty is expired we still want to take excellent care of you, and will allow you to ship your timepiece to WorldofLuxuryUS.com, where we will have it repaired for you at cost. Saving you time and money is our goal, and we try to have turn around through our dealers in four to six weeks. Upholding standards of service for our customers is crucial for best in practice. We do also provide complimentary bracelet sizing, so please include your wrist size at the time of order. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from water/moisture, case, crystal/glass, bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finish, clasp/buckle or other physical damage resulting from excessive wear and tear. We trust our clients in their warranty returns and that allows us to provide the best repairs for each timepiece.
