How do I order the item I want?
Please contact us first to confirm availability of the luxury watch or fine jewelry piece you are interested in. We’ll contact you within 72 hours to confirm availability of the item you’re interested in and will then process your order.
How do I know the designer watches I see on your web site are authentic?
The authenticity of designer watches can be confirmed via the serial number that is engraved on the back of the case of the watch. The serial numbers are engraved by the manufacturer as a way to track the sale of the watch and are regarded as a seal of authenticity. Some online retailers scratch the serial numbers off the back of the authentic watch, or sell replicas without serial numbers at all – we do not! The serial numbers remain intact on every watch that we sell. It’s simple and easy to verify the authenticity of your watch at any authorized watch retailer. Once you purchase the watch, you can bring it to an authorized dealer and they can verify the authenticity of the watch based on its serial number. We guarantee our designer watches are authentic and we are willing to stand behind every watch we sell.
How long will it take to process my order?
This depends on your payment method, immediate availability of the item, and delivery time. Normally, orders take from 2 to 4 weeks.
What if I have a watch I want to trade or sell?
We’ll gladly arrange a consignment agreement with you and will list your watch on our site. As soon as the watch sells, we’ll contact you to complete transaction.
Do you ship your items to the non-US buyers?
We process many international order and we’ll be more than happy to ship your designer watch or fine jewelry order to you overseas. Please keep in mind that overseas insured shipping is a bit more costly than domestic shipments.
