World of Luxury adheres to a straightforward Return Policy for New Watches, Jewelry, and Accessories. If the purchased item was in stock and not specially ordered, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund in case of any noticeable discrepancies or damages upon receipt, or if the item is different from what was ordered.
To initiate the return process, the received item must be sent back to World of Luxury using insured and traceable delivery within 7 days from the date when your return request is confirmed by World of Luxury via mail, fax, or email. Rest assured that we aim to provide a seamless and secure return experience for our valued customers.

At World of Luxury, we want to ensure complete transparency regarding our special order items. Any product that is obtained through a special request from an authorized dealer, or is customized and/or specially ordered directly from the manufacturer, will be considered a final sale unless we have agreed otherwise via mail, fax, or email.
It is important to understand that these special order items require additional efforts to procure, and their unique nature makes them non-returnable unless specific arrangements have been made in communication with World of Luxury. As always, we strive to maintain open communication with our valued customers to address any concerns and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
At World of Luxury, we want to be clear about our refund and exchange policy. When you return or exchange an item, we will only refund the value of the item itself; any shipping fees associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.
Please note that as the buyer, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, for our international customers, any duties or value-added taxes incurred during the initial purchase and return process will be your responsibility.

All returns must be shipped with a traceable courier such as Fedex, UPS or USPS.
To ensure a smooth return process, please remember that the return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the expected credit amount. As the customer, you are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipment.
When a credit is issued, it will be in the same form as the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, payments made via credit card will not be refunded in cash.
At World of Luxury, we have specific requirements for returning watches to ensure a seamless process. Watches that are sold must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. This includes having all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, and all accessories such as boxes, blank warranty cards, manuals, and papers must be included.
To avoid any complications with your return, it is crucial that you refrain from wearing the watch, adjusting the bracelet by removing links, or cutting any straps. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in the refusal of your return.
At World of Luxury, our return policy is applicable solely to stock items. It does not extend to items on consignment from our clients, special and/or custom orders, or exchanges involving items falling under these categories. Please note that exchanges can only be accepted for items purchased from our company's stock or other available stock items.

World of Luxury Return Policy on Pre Owned Watches and Accessories.
Our return policy does not apply to any purchases of pre-owned watches. All pre-owned watches we have on consigment from our clients. Sale is final and no returns.
They are all in mint condition.
All pre owned accessories ( bags ) are returnable on conditions described above.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in new condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.
- If the item is not in new condition or not working properly then it must be
repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.
- Once it is used, worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed,
World of Luxury will not accept the returned item.
- World of Luxury cannot replace or refund an item when:
- The item has been used or worn
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized
CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at 786-279-5599, or email us at Info@worldofluxuryus.com. Please include your name, phone number, e-mail address used for the order, item name or code, and what the reason for cancelation or modification is. If an order has already been placed or even shipped, we won’t be able to modify or cancel your order.
