Even after your warranty has expired, we continue to provide support by allowing you to ship your timepiece in for repair at cost. Our repair turnaround time is approximately 4-6 weeks, half the time of most manufacturer's repair dealers. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving the item and proceed with returning it to our office address within 14 calendar days from the original shipment date. When returning an item, we require the same level of security, and we recommend using UPS, USPS, or another traceable courier with full insurance. To avoid any inconvenience, please refrain from shipping with FedEx, as they do not insure items above $500.00 in value.

Your convenience is paramount, so we request that all return shipments be pre-paid and fully insured for the expected credit amount. To safeguard against mishaps, please avoid shipping COD, as we cannot accept such packages. It is important to understand that any special order is distinct from our standard stock and, therefore, is not governed by our regular return policy. As such, special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in the event of defects or discrepancies.
