DOMESTIC PAYMENTS

At World of Luxury, we strive to serve our customers better by offering various payment options to suit your preferences. You can choose from bank wire transfers, money orders, certified bank checks, and credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal from verified PayPal members and ship to verified PayPal addresses. Additionally, credit card payments are accepted via PayPal. We also accept crypto payments via Net-Cents.com. Note: we cannot accept personal checks under any circumstances. Our primary goal is to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience for you, and our range of payment options reflects that commitment.

BANK WIRE TRANSFERS

We accept bank wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Once you choose this payment option during checkout, we will email you our bank wire information. Simply print out our email and take it to your bank to initiate the bank wire transfer. For domestic wire transfers, payments usually clear within 1-2 business days, ensuring a swift processing of your order.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard (but American Express) credit cards on domestic orders (US-issued credit cards only).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship our orders via FedEx or USPS. All shipments are insured to the full value of the watch. Shipping rates vary by region – Eastern US, Central US, Western US. Shipping rate will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address while checking out.

If you have selected expedited shipping method or have a specific delivery deadline date, please email us to ensure prompt delivery. All deliveries to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Our shipments are insured for the full value (some exceptions apply). World of Luxury does not collect taxes on any orders shipped outside the State of Florida. Any orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to a 7% sales tax, as required by state law.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time is 1-5 business days, based on the shipping courier and service selected by the client at the time of purchase.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept bank wire transfers and PayPal payments for international orders. However, we regret to inform you that we no longer accept credit card payments on international orders due to an increase in fraud cases. We prioritize the security of our customers' transactions and have made this decision to protect your sensitive information. Bank wire transfers and PayPal offer safe and reliable payment options for your convenience.

BANK WIRE TRANSFERS

We accept bank wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. After choosing this payment option, we will email you our bank wire information. Simply print out our email with the necessary details and take it to your bank to make the bank wire transfer. For international wire transfers, payments usually clear within 2-5 business days. Once the bank wire payment clears, we'll ship your order within 24 hours to ensure a prompt delivery.

PAYPAL

For international orders, we gladly accept PayPal as a payment method. Please note that we only accept PayPal payments from verified PayPal members, and we will ship your order exclusively to PayPal-verified addresses to ensure a secure transaction. After placing your order and selecting PayPal as your payment option, please allow 5-7 business days for the PayPal payment to be authorized and cleared. It's essential to be aware that all orders processed through PayPal are subject to a 3% fee in the event of returns or refunds. This fee covers the processing costs associated with PayPal transactions.

HIGH-RISK COUNTRIES AND REGIONS FOR FRAUD

The following countries/regions/cities are considered to be high-risk places for online fraud. If your order is from a region listed below, we will accept bank wire transfers only: Africa, Egypt, Russia, Southwest Asia, Netherlands, Sweden, Turkey, Belgium, Indonesia, Nigeria, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Israel, Pakistan, Croatia, Slovenia, China, Lithuania, Palestine, Malaysia, Romania.

VAT

As a company based in the US, our products are not subject to VAT. If you´re buying from a company where VAT applies, you may be subject to VAT. This is unfortunate, but as a company this is something we do not have control over. To see estimated VAT rates, please click here. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are constantly changing, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this estimate. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable taxes/fee before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

To ensure the utmost service and protection for our valued customers, we exclusively utilize FedEx International for shipping our products. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for covering all shipping and insurance costs. Given the nature of our business and the significant value of the products we offer, it is mandatory for all items to be shipped with insurance coverage. This step is taken to safeguard your purchase and provide added peace of mind during transit. For international PayPal payments, we will ship your order solely to the address registered with PayPal. This policy ensures the security and accuracy of the delivery process. We kindly request your understanding that no exceptions can be made regarding the shipping address for PayPal transactions.

RETURNED ITEM SHIPMENT

World of Luxury Return Policy on New Watches, Jewelry and Accessories
All watches, jewelry and accessories that are in stock of World of Luxury company and not specially ordered are returnable within 14 days for full refund should there were any noticeable discrepancies or damages to the item upon receipt, or if the item is not as described.
All refunds, straight returns, and order cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No Exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Received item must be returned to World of Luxury insured via traceable carrier within 14 days of the date your return request is confirmed by World of Luxury via mail or e-mail.

Watch orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx with full insurance coverage. If the watch price is higher, our store policy will cover the difference. By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liabilities for loss or damage during shipment if there is a ‘Signature Release’ of any kind on file for the delivery address. All claims for loss or damage during shipment must be initiated within 48 hours of scheduled delivery.

All items that are ordered by a special request and obtained from the authorized dealer or customized and/or specially ordered from the manufacturer are not returnable unless agreed otherwise with World of Luxury via mail or e-mail.

World of Luxury will only refund the value of the item being returned or exchanged; any shipping fees from the original purchase will not be refunded. US customer is responsible for return shipping and international customer is responsible for shipping, duties and customs clearance.

All returns must be shipped with a traceable courier such as Fedex, UPS or USPS.
Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. The customer is liable for loss or damage. Credit will be issued in the same form of received payment. For instance: payments made by credit card will not be refunded in cash or wire.
Watches that are sold must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, and with all accessories, including boxes, blank warranty cards, manuals, and papers. To ensure a smooth return process, the buyer must refrain from wearing the watch, having the bracelet sized (links removed), or cutting any straps. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result the refusal of your return.

Our return policy is only for stock items. It DOES NOT apply to the items that are on consignment from our clients, special and/or custom orders, as well as the exchange of any items that fall under this criteria. Exchanges can be accepted only for the items purchased from company stock or other stock items

The return policy on pre-owned watches:
The watch can be returned ONLY if it’s damaged, not working properly or not as described. Otherwise no returns will be accepted.
All watches and accessories are in mint condition.

All pre-owned accessories ( bags ) are returnable on conditions described above.

IMPORTANT TIPS

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in new condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.

  • If the item is not in new condition or not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.
  • Once it is used, worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed
  • World of Luxury will not accept the returned item.
  • World of Luxury cannot replace or refund an item when:
    • The item has been used or worn
    • The tags/factory tape has been removed
    • The product has been sized

CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at 786-279-5599, or email us at Info@worldofluxuryus.com. Please include your name, phone number, e-mail address used for the order, item brand name and model/reference number, and what the reason for cancelation or modification is. If an order has already been placed or even shipped, we won’t be able to modify or cancel your order.

To further solidify the authenticity of our products, every order from World of Luxury will include a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate encompasses the watch manufacturer's guarantee, attesting that the watch and all its components are indeed 100% genuine and original.

WARRANTY

At World of Luxury, our customers' satisfaction is our utmost priority. We take pride in offering only brand new products, all of which come with the original manufacturer's warranties. Depending on the brand, these warranties typically extend for 1 to 2 years, ensuring your peace of mind and product protection.

To go above and beyond, we also provide our own World of Luxury warranty service alongside the manufacturer's warranty. During the period covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, our secondary warranty steps in to cover any repairs or parts not included under the manufacturer's terms. This additional layer of protection is designed to offer you complete coverage and assurance.

In the past, we used to send timepieces to the manufacturers for repairs, a process that could take an extended eight to twelve weeks due to outsourcing. However, we've now streamlined this procedure by collaborating with multiple service centers of our own. This allows us to expedite the repair process significantly, reducing turnaround time to approximately four to six weeks and lowering the costs associated with warranty issues.

Even after your warranty has expired, we're here to assist you. You can still send your timepiece to WorldofLuxuryUS.com for repairs at cost, saving you both time and money. We ensure that you won't be charged anything beyond what is owed to the service center, maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service.

Additionally, we offer complimentary bracelet sizing for your convenience. Simply provide your wrist size at the time of your order, and we'll take care of the rest. Our aim is to make your experience with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
