While the featured design is simple, the functional side of the timepiece is traditional and beautiful, a mechanical masterpiece, and a work of art. The Carl F. Bucherer Manero Power Reserve comes with an in-house caliber A1011 self-winding mechanism that features a power reserve of 55 hours.
This designer timepiece is crafted with a brushed stainless steel case, 42.5mm and a brushed dual-tone dial. You can choose a stainless steel pin lock folding clasp with a matching steel bracelet or an elegant brown Louisiana alligator strap; both are options for your wrist. The brand’s special components are visible through the sapphire-crystal case-back, all created for high end efficiency and reliability.
There is a pair of central indicators with distinctive stainless steel hour markers that complement the large date aperture, sitting at the 11 o’clock position. The power-reserve indicator is positioned at the 3 o’clock position, small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock, and the day of the week indicator is placed perfectly at 9 o’clock. Such perfection was placed on the design of this timepiece, bringing a very special face to the New Manero Power Reserve.
The brand craftsmanship has taken the power reserve indication and incorporated into classic design and tradition. The indication was originally used in marine chronometers, but found its way to wristwatches, and carefully indicates the current state of tension of the mainspring and defines the remaining time the watch will run, in terms of hours.
