The Panerai Luminor Power Reserve PAM00090 features a substantial 44 mm cushion-shaped case crafted from polished stainless steel. Its black dial presents the highly recognizable Panerai design language, with oversized luminous Arabic numerals at 6 and 12 o’clock, luminous baton hour markers, and broad luminous hands designed for strong readability.
The dial incorporates a small-seconds display at 9 o’clock, a magnified date window at 3 o’clock, and an analog power-reserve indicator positioned near 5 o’clock. These practical displays give the watch greater functionality while retaining the bold and balanced appearance associated with the classic Luminor collection.
The watch is powered by the automatic Panerai Caliber OP IX, a 21-jewel mechanical movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour. It provides an approximate 42-hour power reserve and is equipped with an Incabloc anti-shock system. The movement was tested and certified as a chronometer by C.O.S.C.
A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the signature lever-operated crown-protection device helps secure the winding crown. The watch has a solid screw-down stainless steel caseback and was originally factory-rated for water resistance up to 300 meters.
